For me it means I'll fall asleep by 10PM and will miss the End AGAIN . SAT Nite races have that effect on me

Sounds like a good plan. No need to watch the drama queens and prima donnas on TV--we have the choice to also watch "real racing" by our friends, neighbors and coworkers right here in our own backyard at Potomac Speedway for their season finale.

Potomac Speedway, Budds Creek MD will close out the 2013 season on the weekend of Oct 11th & 12th with their annual Thunder In Ocotber Small Car Nationals. On Friday Night October 11, 2013 the Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Hobbystocks and U-Cars will be on tap. The Limited Lates, Street Stocks & Hobbystocks will run time trials, heat races and a dash to determine the starting line-up for Saturday nights feature. The U-Cars will run heat races and a 20 lap feature event.

On Saturday Night their will be consolation races for the Limited Lates, Street Stocks, and Hobbystocks if needed, then feature events. Also the U-Cars and Strictly Stocks will be running heat races and there feature events. The Limited Lates will run a 30 lap main event, The Street Stocks a 35 lap main, The Hobbystocks 25 lap main, 25 lap Strictly Stock, and The U-Cars will run feature events both nights.

Pit gates open Friday at 5pm, warm-ups 7:30 and racing at 8pm, Pit gates open Saturday at 4pm, warm-ups 7pm and racing at 7:30
Pit admission Friday is $25, Pit admission Saturday is $30
Adult General admission is $15 for Friday & $15 for Saturday and Kids 6 to 12 are $5 on Saturday

There is free camping on the grounds, no hook-ups. Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash.
In the event of inclement weather the program will have a rain date on Sunday October 13, 2013

Remember the Danica 25 point BONUS ! Last Year I used the Junyer Bonus as a possible "Hail Mary or Hail Junyer " :killingme to the very end

Once again I have to sweat out a race knowing that if Johnson WINS , I'm $%$%ed ! How ever since no one is going with Kenseth , I will come out way ahead !

Unless I'm blind or have Franklin Co VA Apple Pie on my mind , Dutch6 hasn't submitted picks for Charlotte . His last picks for Kansas were KENSETH , Kyle , JR, Johnson , Harvick ,Brad Kes & Edwards .
