Caught it the day before their "Grand opening"...had a nice time with sizable portions, broad variety of choices too.

Pricing: Very reasonable...just a notch UNDER Ruby Tuesday or Applebees.
(Ie Baby Back ribs: full portion 14.99)

Service was VERY attentive, circling managers always nearby. Very friendly.
Plan on going back once the crowds thin down a little.

enjoy!

My wife and I ate at Cheddars 5 times since it opened. I totally agree
with what you stated in your message quoted below. I only have one
negative thing to say about Cheddar's. It would be great if the management allow customers to be seated along the north wall (having the windows), which would reduce the very crazy wait times for customers entering the restaurant! Cheedar's corporate management decided to reserve that dining area only for training purposes! :cds:

You have eaten there 5 times already? What time is the best time to go?

My wife and I found that the best times to go is between 10:30AM (when
they open) and 11::00 AM. One time, we lucked out by stopping by there
around 2:00 PM. I also heard that the last 2 hours before they close (at 11:00 PM) is a good time-frame, too.

Thanks so much! We will have to try eating there again!

We had a Cheddar's near our home in TX and were always happy with the food and the service. It was always busy. The only thing I didn't like was the noise in the restaurant

I don't know what they do during training...

but it works!

Ate there last week (lunch)...I was very impressed with the professionalism, & attentiveness of my waiter. I wouldn't put him a day over 19 and he was ideal. Personality, alertness, helpfulness with the menu...and my salad was enormous!-Took 1/2 home.

Maybe look at Cheddars stock option...they ARE doing something right.
