Nothing else can crank out a couple pounds of shredded cabbage for coleslaw like that thing.
And it's usually a minute or two before you realize you've added some extra protein to your shredded cabbage.
Do they work?
I wouldn't try to cut through it with a chefs knife like the ad, but I haven't lost so much as a fingerprint on the mandolin.
The thrill is gone. Takes all the excitement out of it. Boooor-ing...
