Which brings up another point. What with all of the sec 8 housing, and HUD houses? Realtor sent me a few of those that need a little TLC...and they ain't cheap!

I looked around in there, and had an opportunity for a rental in there, but passed after I drove around awhile.. Don't know what it was, just didn't "feel" right. Got a 5 bedroom in Patuxent Point instead..
