2. People on limited incomes who shop at Walmart.
3. People who believe everything they see and hear on television.
4. People who buy gifts for people they don't like but feel obligated to give a gift.
5. Those of us who enjoy the cheap and tacky just because it's cheap and tacky and makes us laugh.
6. People who actually like them (no accounting for taste).

I actually had one at one point years ago. I forgot to water it.
