Chicken wings - flats or drums?

I always go to Nick's to get wings, doesn't take long to cut them up, season them (adding baking powder so they crisp up) and smoke on the pellet grill. Doesn't matter to me about flats/drums, all good.

My stepdaughter used to do that - order a bunch of wings and take a bite out of each one of them so when she was full and half them were still on her plate nobody would want them.

that is an order of wings am cutting up for dinner ... and the rest in a covered container for reheating in the Air Fryer in a day or so

I wasn't ranting *at* you, I was ranting at the pic, which I didn't even realize was YOURS. I thought you were posting a travesty, like those people who don't break KitKats apart by bar like they're supposed to, they just take a bite out of it and then post it to piss everyone off.

Most of my folks like flats, but I prefer the drums, mostly because I love the crispy burnt pieces around the ends of the drums.
