It is unfortunate that we lost the other thread but it is a hot topic that burns many.
I just hope that we never turn the law over to force the custodials to give an account of the child support spending.
It is certainly believed that many custodials do not use the child support for the children but that does not mean that we must get the laws to attack the custodials in any way like it attacks the separated parents.
The child support system is already unjust and abusive and that needs reform, but going after the custodials would only give us more injustice and more abuses by the big daddy gov and we already have too much of that kind of improper gov.

Preaching to the choir! I never got a dime from my ex until his disability was approved, and even then idiot "forgot" to tell Social Security he had a child and cost us 5 years of back benefits.
That money could have paid for her orthodontic treatment and the hearing aids she needed. As many custodial parents out there who can't wring a dime out of their ex this woman should count her blessings.

That separated parent told a vivid account of an injustice in his own child support case and he got unjust criticism.
Particularly from those self righteous ones that tried to present the dad as a "deadbeat" when he was and is still paying $1,400 per month.
And no one took a lower cheap shot then the self righteous "KK" because KK collected the stolen child support loot from the mom of his children so now KK presents his self righteous garbage against a parent that only talked about a truely legitimate concern about the custodial mis-using the child support money.
That was an honest dad trying to do his duty and that dad was paying big time and degraded here for speaking up.
There was slander and lies posted about the parents for daring to talk back about the welfare of his family doings but the arrogance of the child support thievery silenced him unjustly as it does to millions of parents nation wide.
That was only another example of the unjust slander thrown at another separated parent that DOES pay his child support.
He would be wise to listen to me as I would show him a blessed improvement fast.
I heard of this guy who pays his ex $1400 a month for support of 3 of his kids. She asked him for an extra hundred because she couldn't make her house payment, he gave it to her then that night she went out and got a tatoo. He was pretty pizzed.

"Improvement"? Straight to jail, immorality, dishonesty, disrespect, and the loss of his reputation with his own family.
