ALL the songs set up for the initial syncing on the Ipod we got our 10 y/o for xmas had explicit lyrics in them I was shocked. I'm glad I set it up, and didn't let her do it herself. There were titles like FUCMyself...S.E.X Machine.... :dead: certainly not appropriate for a 10 y/o kid.

I got the Ipod from Best buy, and WILL be complaining to Apple.

Are you a sick person ?

No, I am just honest. I spend a lot of my time on the internet looking at porn. Just like most men do. I am just not ashamed of it and freely talk about it.

After reading this article how do we know that the parents didn;t buy and ipod then download porn onto it so they could try and sue Walmart?

We loaded the first couple of songs on my 17 yr olds Ipod and there was nothing on the one we got from Radio Shack. Sounds like you got a used one too.

:faint: never thought about that
I bought 3, and only looked at the one i gave my 10 y/o...i'll ask the other two. One was for my 22 y/o and the other was for my 24 y/o kids, who prolly wouldn't think it was inappropriate stuff anyways

The set up music playlist is not driven by what's on the iPOD, it's in the software (I assume you used iTunes). If anyone has used iTunes on that PC, that's where the initial playlist may have come from.

Better make sure none of the older folks with access to your PC used iTunes before challenging Apple or BestBuy.
