Chili recipes

I'm in the mood for chili and haven't made it in a long time. Unfortunately, my husband doesn't like anything spicy or with any kick to it.
Any ideas or recipes to share?
Easy peasy. Instead of focusing on heat , add boldness by going smokey. Grill Masters Mesquite and also smoked chipotle will increase flavor and works wonderfully with the beef.

I don't like a lot of beans in my chili. When I put them in, I use a 15oz can of Great White Northern Beans. And, I rinse them, because I don't want all that bean slurry starch from the can going into my chili. :barf:

Likewise.

I’d prefer the cornbread and save the cinnamon roll for my coffee at breakfast.
This is where my cinnamon cornbread comes in handy. Jiffy muffin mix with 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 2-3 packets of stevia. The sweet muffins paired with chili is "Something fit to eat", as my old Tennessee hillbilly neighbor used to say.

Crumbled in a bowl with buttermilk, they also make a good quick breakfast or snack. 😋
