I used to frequent Chipotle in Bethesda. I also patronized the one in Bowie. Great food! The best part is your order is prepared in front of you. You walk along a buffet of sorts, with the server asking you what you want in your burrito, taco, etc. Everything has always been very fresh and very good.

I was a little disappointed to find that another chain was coming into the shopping center in PF instead of Chipotle. Sounds like a similar menu - I wonder if the quality will be the same. Guess I'll find out as soon as they open - if they ever open.

Now I'm jealous... :bigwhoop:

Wow we use to have one of these in Nashville, I cant wait until it comes to St marys, it will be right on my way home ! Grab a bite if I work late :) Woohoo !!

R and I went to the one in Waldorf today to see what it's like....very good. Fresh food and LOTS of it. Limited menu, but that's a good thing!

I went to the main web site & it said the one in St. Mary's is 'coming soon', but no actual date of when it will open. Can't wait....there is very little parking at the site that I can see though, so it should prove interesting.....

I just discovered it last week!! It's great! Delicious fresh food! Guacamole fantastic. The only thing is I have to get the hang of going down the line with my order. I kinda felt like I was in a seinfeld soup nazi line!!!:crazy:

I took my mutts there a couple of months ago....I wasn't impressed

I make better "mexican/texan", with the exception of the guacamole....I/my mutts don't like it so I don't make it

If that's true, then on January 11th or 10th you'll want to call the location because over the lunch break typically they are giving away whatever you want (last time I got a burrito, chips and guac, and a drink) for free. They do this to train the employees for the lunch hour.

Yes, this location puts in too much cilantro. I think everyone should train at the Bethesda location so they learn how to REALLY make the food. I have been to several Chipotles and they still pale in comparision to Bethesda.

I never want that drive back but I wouldn't mind transplanting the Chipotles!
