Do they still have the farm on Flat Iron Rd?

If not, where can you buy a live one?

Got ours from Quailfield Farm yesterday, they had some that were already cut down (only a couple days old) but we decided to go out and cut a fresh one down in the field. They sell nice tree stands for $40 and $50, trees are 40 and 60 depending on which kind. The Baileys who run the place are very nice and friendly people!

p.s. you dont want to buy a tree that was cut down too long ago, w/o water after a couple of days, they start to rot/dry out from the inside out and its irreversible and those are the ones that usually die faster

Does anyone around here sell Christmas trees complete with rootballs?

Trees that have been cut down don't seem to be too "live" to me...

Just make sure there are no squirrels in it before you bring it in the house. Or anything else.

Ours included a praying mantis egg one year, egads!, what a mess....

And spider mites another year. Webs were beautiful on the tree, not so much going to the ceiling fan, the window frames, and every corner of the room.

Love my artificial tree!

My brother cut one down at a country club one year. My mom was so afraid about it that she made him drag it back :killingme

Which of course was a waste
