Chrome Paint?

Seriously, don't bother with chrome paint - it won't hold up to the elements in a marine environment. Look for a marine specifically for whatever metal you are trying to shine. The aforementioned local business carries Duragloss Marine stuff. Not a boater, so I've never used Duragloss marine stuff. But their automotive items are most excellent! :yay:

Dems, had no idea you were looking to replace "shine" as in "chrome" on a boat.

Unless you are trying to restore a "Chris Craft", concentrate on replacing boat hardware with Stainless Steel, or marine grade aluminum.

Ixnay refinising the boat hardware.

thanks... everything else looks relatively easy to shine up as I looked at it last night... jsut the rails that go on ontop of the front part of the boat... its incredibly dull!!! I don' tknow that there IS any hope for it. Maybe I will just replace those someday - they appear purely cosmetic. Thanks everyone :huggy:
