Clean Up 4 U Trash Service

Anyone know the owners of this company?

They have missed my trash service the past three weeks. On Tuesday night I would call them and on Wednesday when I get home from work the trash can would be empty. Every time I get there voicemail, someone calls back and says they will get it. I verify that my day is Tuesday with them and they say yes.

I thought that my neighbors trash service may be picking it up thinking he has an extra can so I moved it to the other side away from his and today it was still full.

I decided to change to them after T&S was no more. A friend gets great service from them so I thought it was a no brainer.

I miss T&S. Why did Goode have to buy them out

I agree about missing T&S--I never had a problem with them. The Goode Company is awful!!! They keep missing my trash, and I never can get to speak to a person on the phone at Goode (Goode has a ridiculously long telephone menu but no way to speak to a person). My trash has been out there for 2 weeks. I'm paid up for this quarter, but would love to hear of a reliable trash pick-up company. Any recommendations? I live in Bryantown.

the only time they have missed my can was when "I" had it sitting behind my car.


i have not had many issues with them other than cutting back to one day a week.... :shrug:...

T&S was our third service in 3 months and even though they switched pretty quickly to Goode after we got them, they never miss our pick up. were Tuesday and Fridays.

Goode has been realiable for us. Never had a problem getting through on the phone either. Only issue we have had is their auto-billing system would keep failing to charge us, so now we just pay by mail.

I have not had any problems with Goode either since I changed about a year ago.

Ours has not been picked up either...but when I call I dont get a call back and always get voicemail! It still has not been picked up today either...its getting old!

Apparently they have changed my day to Monday. I came home on Monday to find my can at the end of the driveway and open. It was next to the house and closed when I went to work that morning. Also it was empty since I had not taken the trash out yet.

put them in your neighbors can from now on and see if that fixes it for you.
