Clogged Kitchen Drain

Remove the PVC trap/drain underneath and go from there. Chances are pretty slim the clog is between the sink and the trap.

Careful taking the trap off, it will probably be full of water.

Unscrew the joint directly under the sink, and the one at the bottom. Remove the U-shaped trap. Then remove the one closest to the back wall for straight access to the drain pipe going into the wall. You may find the clog is in the trap. Again, there will be water in the trap, use a basin under it to catch the water.

Thanks.

The plastic gaskets in the joints are tapered and only seal when put back in correctly, so pay attention to the gasket orientation.

When my drain was clogged but good at the house Pete came over and snaked it. We refer to that as "the time my house puked on Pete". Found all sorts of things in there, including a large piece of denim cloth.
Was that the time...? A party vaguely comes to mind---
