Penalties created for those who criticize homosexuality outside church

A new Colorado law is helping homosexual activists achieve their goal of forcing Christians to teach biblical condemnation of homosexuality only behind the closed doors of their sanctuaries.

The as-yet untested state law promotes sexual identity "perception" to the level of skin color under state discrimination laws.

Some opponents are calling it a "bona fide censorship law," and top analysts for Focus on the Family, the Christian publishing and broadcast powerhouse, are expressing concern over the "mischief" they expect to follow the signing by Gov. Bill Ritter.

Bill Ritter

As WND reported, Ritter, a Democrat, struck gender-specific restrooms and locker rooms statewide when he signed the plan into law in May.

The law makes it illegal to deny a person access to public accommodations, including restrooms and locker rooms, based on gender identity or the "perception" of gender identity.

Well I in part agree with the Christians and in part agree with the law.... If people would be kind enough to keep there opinions to themselves or within there little Christian groups (say in churches) then I doubt the gay folks would be attempting to get this law passed. But I am sure that even if the law is enforced the christian folks can still say all gays are sinners and are going to hell and suffer no consequences...

This law just outlines the division in this country and its political system we have in place...

There is no middle ground and until there is or the liberals kill all the ultra conservatives or vice versa it will remain this way.

Didn't you notice the title of the thread? This is about Cola-rado. This is a discussion about soda.

You're so sweet. Thanks for helping me out. Can you tell me if he liked it or not? His reviews are so hard to decipher.

It is difficult, but I think I've figured it out. He actually likes "soda" and he is ashamed of that. He wants to try "soda" but he knows that once he has one he will not be able to stop. So he represses his urge for "soda" by posting as much anti-"soda" propoganda as he can.

Did that help?

I have feeling he may have tried some "soda". Maybe even a "root beer float"

Now I am thirsty.
