College Textbooks

I just started getting this magazine from Consumer Reports called ShopSmart that tells about the best things to buy and places to get them (with no ads!). Anyway, they had a section on online book sellers and they liked:

textbooks.com for textbooks (duh!)
booksamillion.com for general books at great deals

and, a little more off subject, a site called gutenberg.org for free downloadable e-books.

Both the regular sites have free shipping on orders over $25, it says.

That's good to know! I'm going to have a few more semesters where I'll need to purchase books again. All of the sites mentioned in here are very helpful! Thanks everyone!

I'm a big advocate for Half.com. I saved at least $1500 or more in college by using Half.com. Now I'm still selling back all the books I used and some of my friends' books too. If anyone has any they need sold I'll take them off your hands and take care of shipping and everything.
