The doctors in the practice are all great doctors! Dr. Miller, Dr. Reed and Dr. Smith work hard to provide the best care possible to their patients.

In regards to the staff- we are all human and we all have our bad days. The front desk usually gets the grunt of the problems when its probably not their fault.

The staff there works hard and is very accomidating to the patients needs. When you need an appointment you always get one-whether its 12 in the afternoon or 7 o'clock at night. Nurses and doctors are always available. The staff goes out of their way to satisfy the needs of the patients.

Overall-Dr.Miller's practice is a wonderful recommendation for a pediatrician to an expectant mother. Again, we are all human and everyone has their bad days, but its a great office.

I could understand a bad day once but everytime I went into that office the front girls were a bunch of rude ass biatches. I would never reccommend that office to anyone ever.

What now?!
Lets see....everytime I went there was never a good day, long waits, and rude azz people at the front of the office. I always got the impression of "hurry up and sit down and get out of my face" attitude.

no i don't work at the front desk!!!!

yes-some people there have attitudes-but its not everyday-maybe you should sit behind one of those desks one day and deal with a bunch of whining, #####y people....and then you would understand.

i understand what its like to work at a doctors office and deal with that stuff. its not a piece of cake.

i simply would recommend dr millers practice as a wonderful group of pediatricians!

Long waits......but you always get an appointment when you need one-you never get turned away!!!! right? again-you can always get an appt at 12noon or 7pm-when they close at 5pm!

Seriously think about it-think about the treatment your children recieve instead of the attitude of the front desk!!!

Any compliants about treatment??? Probably not-cause they are damn good doctors!!!!!!!!!!!

Well then you must not be a patient or parent of a patient because that office is a joke. :duh:
The office staff there specializes in rude biatchy attitudes.

The Pediatrician I take my kids to know has the best staff they always have a smile on there faces and a pleasant attitude. They go above and beyond to help out the patients and parents of patients.

Maybe Dr. Millers staff should go by and take a few lessons from them.:yay:

I have sat behind a desk and I deal with all kinds of people on a daily basis. There are days when I would have love to just grab by the neck and chock the living crap out of them but I don't. I just smile and take out my frustrations after they leave when other customers can't see me. If you want to work around people, you have to know how to deal with them.

I have to say I never got turned away, that your are right. However, as for the treatments, it took 6 appointments before I decided to take my child elsewhere when the doctor's kept giving the run around only to find out from another doctor that she should have seen a specialist and not waste time for the injury to worsen.

I think about treatment, but I also think about the people that work there. I've have waited over an hour and have actually walked out because I too have some place to be and time is money. To walk into an office where people are just plain nasty is not where I would want my child to be....it's bad enough there terrified of the doctor and then they hear how rude people can be in the very same office....

WRONG.... My son had been throwing up straight for 5 days I called first thing in the morning and said he needed to be seen asap something was seriously wrong with him I was told by the wonderful staff :sarcasm: there that there were no appointments until 5:30 pm. I said that was too long to wait he needed to be seen now or I would take him to urgent care... They told me DO NOT TAKE HIM TO URGENT CARE OR THE ER DR. MILLER NEEDS TO SEE HIM FIRST... I hung up the phone and took him to the ER where he ended up being severly dehydrated and had to be hooked up to an IV w/ fluids and admitted for the night and following day.

I am glad you are happy with your new doctor!!! But if they are sick....will they stay open to see your children? PROBABLY NOT!

So whats more important- the health of your children or your contentment with the staff???

I have nothing but good things to say about the office! I believe everyone to be quite helpful-again a wonderful office!

I don't know the doctor's office personally, have never had any experiences with them however just reading this post, I had to say this...

When you accept a position working with the public, you accept the risk of dealing with a$$holes and jerks...that's the chance you take. But accepting that position makes it so you have no right or reason to treat the people that you're supposed to be serving like crap. If you hate your job so much that you have to be rude to everyone who comes in there, you need to find a new job. At a pediatricians office you're supposed to be happy and cheery...if you can't do that...GET A NEW JOB!

I deal with people everyday and no matter what you smile especially dealing with children. For someone who says they don't work at the front desk sure is a little defensive for this girl that has a major attitude. I still go to Dr. Miller and will recommend him to anyone because I can overlook the girl enough to have a dr. for my kids that they love. This girl should not be working there and I would have fired her a long time ago.

I agree! My family used to go to Breton-same problem. Could never get an appointment. Would go to urgent care. Hated them. He ended up in the hospital, and Breton charged for examining records 6 days after he died, and then got mad when his insurance refused to pay
