Comments about Dr.Millers Office

I deal with people everyday and no matter what you smile especially dealing with children. For someone who says they don't work at the front desk sure is a little defensive for this girl that has a major attitude. I still go to Dr. Miller and will recommend him to anyone because I can overlook the girl enough to have a dr. for my kids that they love. This girl should not be working there and I would have fired her a long time ago.

Look all in all-the pediatricians with doctor millers group is wonderful! I feel sorry for those people who no longer go there-due to him being a wonderful and caring pediatrician.

I agree but the girl is getting payed to scowl all the time and be very rude. If I have questions with my childs health I do not need an attitude from some little #####. When kids talk to her then she should respond and with a smile. I however will not switch because of the drs.

other than the switching part... I had too, couldnt take her shiat anymore.

I went today for the first time to the office. My baby saw dr reed. The office women were nice for the most part. Got a little frustrated when i had to have a different time to schedule the next appt. The younger of the two was able to help and made the appt. Dr reed was very nice. At this point the first impression was good.

Well, IF you like the doctor you see and have a problem with the staff in the other location- SWITCH locations-okay so it might be a little less convienent!

Dr. Reed is awesome. When I left I wrote a letter to each of the Dr.s letting them know how rude and unproffessional the staff had treated me.. but in Dr. Reeds letter I told him that if he ever opened his own office to give me a call He is great.

Well wouldnt you think with all the complaints Dr. Miller and Mrs. Miller have recieved over this girl and other staff that they would consider getting rid of her rather than suggesting his Leonardtown patients drive to Waldorf to recieve his services?

I had called your favorite Dr.s office over the 5 days that he had the stomach flu and was told it was a bug and he would be fine and there was no need to bring him in

WRONG.... My son had been throwing up straight for 5 days I called first thing in the morning and said he needed to be seen asap something was seriously wrong with him I was told by the wonderful staff there that there were no appointments until 5:30 pm. I said that was too long to wait he needed to be seen now or I would take him to urgent care... They told me DO NOT TAKE HIM TO URGENT CARE OR THE ER DR. MILLER NEEDS TO SEE HIM FIRST... I hung up the phone and took him to the ER where he ended up being severly dehydrated and had to be hooked up to an IV w/ fluids and admitted for the night and following day.

Mebbe you should have called after he was hurling on the 2nd day, 3rd at the most. :shrug:
