I've called police to report reckless/ possibly drunk drivers many times, including coming down 235 from my grandmother's, and there was always a cop there in a matter of a minute or two.

Ive called on a drunk driver before also, about 2am she was bouching off curbs like crazy in Fred's Liquor's parking lot and the 7-11, I called from the Dash-In, didnot have my cell on me, she went down Golden Beach Rd., gave them a tag number and description of the car, once I got off the phone with communcations I started down Golden Beach Rd. figuring Id find her in a ditch or worse in a accident with a innocent victim. I went has far as the 'T' and could not locate her so just as I started to turn around and head back toward Rt. 5, he comes a St. Marys boy flying down the road, blows through the "T" intersection heads towards the Beach, well I whip another U-turn, thinking this is going to get interesting and try to see where the deputy went, Im thinking since I was able to get a tag #, they were able to run it and found out where she lived and he was racing to beat her home, well I finally found them, he pulled her over as she was turning into her street at the top of the hill before going down into the beach.
Well at the time I dont remember if I gave my name or not, but someone I knew worked as a dispatcher for St. Marys and was working that night, well in about 3 months I got served with a subpoena to appear in court, being the good citizen I appeared and the case was resheduled for another date so I ended having to take sometime off of work 2 different times. Didnot have to testify she pleaded.
Funny thing, guess it wasnt for the officer, but the friend in communications told me that she ended puking and pissing in the officers car.
