Look at Drudge
Yep... thought that was tacky but in step with his thug-like persona.
Perhaps that is why he was last in the line up.
Look at Drudge
Eminem is playing right now, think very hard before you respond. He is somebody who grew up in public housing, been on food stamps, protest the system, hates the FCC, supports free speech, and worked extremely hard to get where he is.
I think the purpose here was to support the troops and some are making it more political than it need be. HBO and Starbucks put this together.

Thank you!
I love Eminem, have since almost when he started. I just told my husband I don't know why I like him so much, he said probably because he came from such a $hitty upbringing and made it on what he knows how to do best. He's right.

I admit I like him, always have.... now granted, he could have dropped fewer f-bombs on the Mall tonight but his story is one of perseverance.
HBO and Starbucks have been known to provide support to troops in the past and think the purpose of the concert was to (1) show support but also (2) advertise. HBO is getting ready to release a streaming service early in 2015 so I'm sure this will help them in the long run.
Happy M..F..ing Veterans Day? And, you are ok with that? It is interesting that Drudges link is no more. I guess it got pulled by the powers that be, or it was too inflammatory. I don't really understand the discussion I am having with some that I thought I knew. Oh, well.

I think you are being ridiculous.
I like Eminem's story of perseverance and some of his songs are rather catchy. I already stated that he could have dropped fewer f-bombs because it wasn't the time or place for it but on par with his persona.
This was a free concert and of course, anytime you show support for your troops, there is going to be political undertones woven in it but since it is the 1st of its' kind, I wanted to see what it is about. Now I am off to drink my Starbucks and watch HBO
Did you notice all the ones there that knew the words to his songs? You have to know him to understand him. If he didn't drop the F bomb, he wouldn't be him.
You don't get it. If you drop the f bomb as far as America, especially when veterans are concerned, you shouldn't be here. Honestly, I am surprised about your stance. I really am. That's ok. This is America.
Why are you surprised? I'm all for freedom of speech.
Whole lotta stupidity up in this thread
Bruuuuuuuce. Errr I mean Booooooo
Mamatutu you are a fake. Crying about taking away rights then wanting to take away someone's freedom of speech. Go pass out.
Edit: I don't forget anything, that seems to be to your detriment.
I think years from now if Metallica came out with walkers and rascals, they'll still get the same reaction from the crowd. I've loved them from day 1.
wow they did boo him loud and clear that time
Seems there is a lot of negative flack over the choice to perform Creedence Clearwater's “Fortunate Son," earlier. You don't know if the booing is the normal Bruce cheer or the dissatisfaction for that song choice earlier in the evening.
Exactly! This happens at every Bruce concert.I don't think they are booing him, they are saying "Bruce".
