Concrete Cleaner

The concrete deck around our is badly stained by oak tree pollin catkins (the stringy looking pollin tags that fall in spring). They fell on the deck, got soaked by rain and have now left dark brown stains in many places. I tried power washing, but that did nothing. I have read some other forums that talk about a 50/50 bleach/water solution being good for maple leaf stain removal, but not working on the oak tree catkins.
Any recommendations on something you have tried that worked?

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give them some study.

Also read about a product called JoeMax that folks seem to like so it seems I have options.
