Considering all the talk of a Democrat Slaughter next November...

I'm not putting a lot of faith in it, as November 2022 is a long way away.

That said... I'm certain now, if it comes to pass, we will have a multi-billion dollar funded, quadruple-down on nationwide rioting if Democrats lose control.

Get prepared.

At least if they want to riot we might have Republicans that are willing to use the police to stop it.
Right now we have democrats encouraging it.

Not in my city. In my city they'll be flying banners and celebrating with 1/2 price beach drinks.

If the Democrats want to riot and destroy their cities, be my guest.

This is a real question:

Do we really care if those tards want activists destroying their cities? And they clearly do or it wouldn't be happening.

:sshrug:
As long as they stay there. Not much.

Problem is, cancer spreads.

I think it was one of my favorite pundits, Mark Steyn who observed that in order to steal a national election, it wasn't necessary to pour out a national campaign on a thousand fronts - in fact, they just needed to focus on a handful of corrupt Democrat run CITIES. That would have been enough. Much as I am bothered by the premise that the Dems have made great strides in cheating (since it is now widely known the entire Mueller/Russian collusion story was entirely concocted by the Clinton campaign, and never had any basis in actual fact), I realize they can't be everywhere.

They CAN thwart a statewide election if they control the major cities. They CAN thwart a national election if they control key cities in key states.

They really can't stop a House turn over if the nation is determined to kick them out, and history shows only one recent case where the first mid-term did NOT go against the party in the White House - George Bush - because we were at war.

About four major things are working against the Dems, for the House. One is history. Another is one I've mentioned before - in their greed to grab yet another segment of the vote - the progressive youth - they've let in a Trojan horse, and the more moderate members of their own party HATE it. Yet another is redistricting, and that alone will be enough if things remain as they are. Lastly, the reason people get in during a White House change is - coattails. There's just a lot of blue House members representing a district that's purple at best. They don't stand a big chance of re-election.

Issues people care about are going to be on the table - and the Dems so far are utterly dismissive of at least one of them - inflation. Inflation doesn't JUST rob people of their earnings - it robs the elderly of their nest eggs - they've built a lifetime creating it and finding that it just won't go as far now. Gas and oil prices - Dems don't seem to grasp it's not just automobiles. It's shipping. It's deliveries. It's the cost of EVERYTHING. When for example, the cost of building a new house goes up too much, no one is buying - or building them. Cheap gas lowers the cost of everything; expensive gas raises the price of everything.

So let them blather about you need to go electric, while the myriad petroleum based products also go up in price.

No kidding. I just read how Austin - the big blue spot in the middle of red Texas - has become the most unaffordable city in America or soon will be. Constant moving in of blue state persons and their attending industries have turned Austin into Silicon "Hills" as it were. But it's driving the poor and lower middle class right out of the city. Low rent homes are being replaced with trendy businesses that cater to the elite.

It's always been true that the left wants to care for the poor and champion for blacks and Latinos. They just don't want to live in the same city with them.

But they've passed Bilk Back Better, and will be generating more of that Green Electric that comes from fairy dust and Unicorn Farts.

Easily the best Internet meme along these lines is the at least two separate images of electric cars being charged in
FULL SIGHT of the diesel generator it is drawing from. And there are lefties who are bothered by it as well.

And that's your typical limousine liberal that wants to feel enlightened without actually feeling the pinch of DOING "englightened".

The has always wanted to be seen as caring for the poor and as a champion for blacks and Latinos - as long as a) they don't have to get their hands dirty, or use their own money, and b) as long as it affords them the opportunity to accuse conservatives of being cold and unfeeling.

I've heard at least ONE PUNDIT claim that they should consider bringing all of those undocumented immigrants and plop them in the Hamptons, or on Martha's Vineyard.

THIS RIGHT HERE ^^^

I have not noticed any real benefit for the people they say they want to help, and in fact it's gotten worse for those folks. They like to blame republicans but one simply has to look at Democrat-run cities to see that, yeah, it's Democrats that are causing these problems. They also like to blame Trump specifically but their cities were shitholes before Trump came along.

At some point one would think blacks, and latinos, and women, and gays would notice this but so far they remain oblivious.

Things are getting worse for everybody and still there are people who refuse to see it.
They still hate Trump, even though now it should be apparent to anyone with a brain we were better off with Trump as President.

One would have to be blind not to be able to see this country is in the hands of a senile old man who is being touted and sustained by a senile old woman Speaker of the House. Not to mention the scumbag Majority leader.
The democrats are dependent now on fools returning them, and even the fools are wising up.

Way too many of my relatives and friends who are Democrat have an unreal hatred of all things Trump.
What I don't understand is - it's as though he never existed before 2015.

To them, he's this bigoted, hateful, incorrigibly racist, spiteful man who connived and cheated his way into everything and everyone.

Somehow ignoring the fact that mostly, he was a friend to just about every Democrat out there - for DECADES.
The Clintons and Donald - were friends. They were at his wedding - Donald golfed with Bill - Trump donated to Hillary's Senate campaign.
He supported them, during the Lewinsky scandal, calling Paula Jones "a loser". He was their friend.

Friends with Bloomberg. Friends with pretty much every Democrat leader from New York. Friends with Chuck Schumer - he was his BIGGEST donor.
Prominent African American leaders - praised him - Al Sharpton - Jesse Jackson - Don King.

Fact is, if the Clintons had not SUGGESTED TO TRUMP HE RUN AS A REPUBLICAN - he might have run as a Democrat.

That day he chose to run for the Republican nomination - 35 years of public life somehow was forgotten.

See, to me, Donald Trump was like - Bill Gates or Steve Jobs or if anyone still remembers, Lee Iacocca. He'd been around damned near forever.
Gates is about as Democrat as anyone in industry - and I guess if he were to run as a REPUBLICAN, they'd make up all kinds of crap about him.

I just never "got" how you could watch a man for thirty five years - and forget who he was.
