I have no idea why they are called "Convenience Centers" when they are not open at convenient times for the average person.
That, and apparently they think that I'm going to pay money to get some sticker on my car. I don't think so. Already paid my county taxes.

Basically, up till this year, it has been free for County residents. There is now a $60 or some-odd fee on your tax bill effective this year. Might as well use it.

I wonder - do they really think there is a risk of Calvert residents driving past their free drop sites to drop their trash in St. Mary's?
