I am making halibut with brown butter, crushed chickpeas with olives and roasted cumin carrots.

I figured since we are getting all this rain the menu should be seafood inspired therefore, I am making shrimp and scallop easy paella, roasted fennel and beat salad, and espresso coffee for dessert.
