Crews first on the scene arrived to find a Chevrolet Corvette overturned with the driver trapped and his legs pinned. Firefighters quickly extracted the subject. The patient refused medical treatment.
He refused treatment because he was either texting, high, or drunk. ONE of the three applies. Check his cell records.
If he was impaired, you would think a first responder would have noticed and told the first LEO on the scene of their suspicion.
Interesting, they don't identify the person in any way

oops, I was wrong, looks like they slipped and said "his legs". Almost like they were trying not to give a clue as to the identity.

Do they have a pee test to check if he was under the influence of texting? If not, the first part of your comment doesn't make any sense.
They only take blood (not urine) once you are under arrest (reasonable cause would be failing to pass a field sobriety test, followed by a breathalyzer test). I believe that's the protocol most departments follow.
Actually it starts with the officer having a reason to suspect the driver is UI
Then the request to step out of the vehicle and do the field sobriety test.

Which is why if the people pulling the driver out noticed the smell of alcohol they wouldn't mention it to the LEO on scene.

For mail purposes, goes down 235 to Trapp Rd, back up 5 to Great Mills Road, and all the side roads along the way.

Trapp and 5 up to Villa Rd are considered St Inigoes.
The LP zip code covers a really large area. I'm surprised they haven't adjusted the zones, but I guess the LP Post Office is one of, if not the largest in the county.
