Costco coming to Brandywine

Looks to be pretty close to being finished, sign says fall 2008, proably pushing to have it opened for the holiday season. The Target looks to be ready any day now. Looks like a pretty nice shopping center going in, hope it doesnt go to h@ll.
The traffic is going to be a mess when it opens. Its been taking them forever to add the turns lanes and extra lane. Everyday now for the past 2-3 weeks, doesnt matter what time you go through they have a lane closed, last night they only had one lane northbound at 10pm open, traffic backed up to the county line, so Im thinking great maybe they'll finish putting down the lines overnight and when I come through at 130pm today Ill have clear sailing, nope backed up past Cedarville Rd. Will be going through there in about an hour and I bet there will be lane closures again.

I got something in the mail yesterday! Target opens this Sunday :clap:

Traffic -- Really Really sucks, I come through there about 930 every morning, it is usually backed up to mattawoman!

Costco is due to open in November. Gent came through Curves in C.H. last week passing out brochures for joining for $10 less. I want to say it opens on Nov 11th but cannot remember for sure.

My brother works the job at night time, I was told they are bringing in a 17 screen, stadium seating movie theater as well. Its going to be similar to the Muvico up in Arundle Mills.:popcorn:

Opens November 12th 8am. They came by our building and posted flyers, they will be here tomorrow signing people up, their membership is $50, at least it was in Myrtle Beach, which runs $10 more a year then BJ's and Sam's. Told my DW we will get a membership for a year and check them out.

I like Sam's a lot more than Costco....More selection....I do like the deli area in Costco but that is it...Our check out can take a much longer time than at Sam's...

IF that is true...that would be awesome! Plus if they have the kid's area for them to stay and play while the parents watch a movie, that would be even better!!!

The big movie theater is a definite go, dont know about any kids area. Its going to be built in the area where they tore all those houses down, just north of the main shopping area.
