Counting Cars or Fast & Loud....

Both shows are for entertainment only (mostly) but just like each guy/gal, there are preferences. Richard and his crew can do some neat stuff as the Count and his guys, but that Riveria the Count did with the Las Vegas/Mex theme was too weird.....

Which show do you prefer?

And I noticed that in the recent shows of Fast & Loud, some of the cars they sold 2 seasons ago are always in the background...

I don't always catch it, but I've seen Fast & Loud once or twice; prefer that over Counting Cars. To me, Danny seems to want to get something for nothing and then sell it; well sometimes; for a ridiculous price. Well, if you can have your cake and eat it too; make $$ hand over fist and have a few nice rides sitting around, more power to him.
I'd like to see him try to buy somebody's car, who knows what he's/she's got. 'You want this car for how much?' 'It's worth twice that, sorry.'

I would rather see Barry White's 'Wrecks to Riches" make a comeback.

Like I may have eluded to; I don't catch too many of those car build-type shows anymore. Was there ever a build show that would rebuild or replace motors and rebuild/upgrade "beaters".....without putting TV's or stereo systems with speakers the size of a truck bed in them?

Barry White did super muscle cars, performance upgrades (engine, suspension, braking etc..) very little was frills. He would take clunkers/junkers build them up and auction them off. Sometimes he made $ sometimes he lost, but the builds were cool and usually done in about a month.

I love all cars and trucks, hell I own 5 Fords, but there's getting to be too many reality car shows on TV. Most are about shop drama than the actual working on of the cars. I kinda stick to Powerblock and will watch the others if there’s nothing else of interest to me on. I do like Fantomworks though.

Check out Fat 'N Furious on Discovery. I thought it was a joke when I originally saw the previews. Then I ended up watching an episode when I didn't bother to change the channel when it came on. It is actually pretty good. They do a lot more low-key builds than Counting Cars or Fast N Loud, and more average type cars too. The interaction between the cast members is more like Duck Dynasty then the shop drama on Counting Cars.

Out of all the car build up shows, I think Over hauling is my favorite. Fast and Loud is much better than counting cars. I watched misfits garage a few times and fast and loud is still better.

I watched Misfit just this past Wednesday and actually was rooting them to fail :lmao: I know it's pure evil. My husband is also looking to buy the Gas Monkey Tequilla

I have been watching Fantom works and enjoy the show. They are located in Norfolk, VA. Wish I had the funds to have them restore my ride.
