Because Darwin's Theory is a theory, it is still being tested as new evidence is discovered. The Theory is not a fact. .

Which is the thing that always galls me - truth be told, a solid theory is every bit as good as a "fact" - and in some cases, *better*.

At least as a theory, it is always under scrutiny - but as I mentioned before, *gravity* is a theory, even though its 'factuality' is never questioned (unless some religious person tells me the reason my feet stay on the ground is because the great God Ghu sucks on my toes or something).
