Anybody have any idea what is the deal with the series of covered up signs on southbound 2/4 leading up the the Solomons bridge? Is there some sort of multi-day bridge work planned soon or something?

When are they finishing that? All I can see is the beginning of it at Patuxent High School. Didn't realize it was going out to rt 4. Thought they'd stop at old 4.

Beginning Sunday night, Sept. 9, the State Highway Administration will replace six aluminum joints on the bridge connecting Calvert and St. Mary’s counties.
