This area seems to get a lot of accidents

Yes, it does. My guess is because of people driving fast around the windy part of the road and then unexpectedly coming upon another vehicle stopped to make a left hand turn. Deer may be another contributing factor.

They drive like lunatics on the "back roads" to get home - because of the traffic on Rt. 4. It is absolutely stupid crazy how people drive.

That's for sure. I live about 5 minutes from Cox Rd and they're constantly speeding down my road too. There are no street lights, no shoulders, a huge amount of deer and the road is windy. I'm surprised there haven't been more accidents right here. Mostly just deer hits and the one guy who flipped his nice red Vet, totalling it out.
