You know what's funny, throw the crackheads in Jail Joe and his friends are all cool with not prosecuting Hunter because he was an addict.
Most addicts don't collect millions of dollars and expensive gifts from foreign nationals, they are usually scraping by and they get tossed in jail for petty theft (not excusing it, just highlighting the hypocrisy of the "addict defense")
