Creating "Move Over" apathy

I try to abide by the Move Over law, and agree with the intent. It is hard to be supportive, however, when every weekday morning a school bus uses the shoulder in front of the Philip Bean Medical Center at 6:15 AM as their staging location prior to starting their route. I think that location is inappropriate for staging a route start. Am I being too grumpy on a Friday morning? 😐

Thats a dangerous intersection anyway, dont need to blocking the view with a bus on the shoulder.

Yes, on 235 South, the bus is sitting just past the entrance to the Bean Medical Center. Granted it probably only sits there with the hazards on for 5 or 10 minutes, but it appears to be the bus driver's place to wait until their route time starts.
