Cruel Kid Kills 2 Pit Bulls

September 8, 2004 -- A Bronx teen viciously attacked two female pit bulls — killing them both by smashing their skulls with a stick, authorities said yesterday.
Ricardo Plasencia, 16, was charged with animal cruelty after allegedly pummeling the dogs Monday night behind his home on Boston Road. Neighbors reported the attack after hearing the animals' howls.

You can't be serious? Pit bulls have a bad rep because of people, they didn't breed themselves. It's still an animal and what was done to it was not fair. So since the boy killed the pit bulls he should be put to sleep like the pitbulls are when they do something, sounds good to me.
