If young blacks were made to behave, they would. But the white supremacist Democrats insist that black people can't help themselves, violence and ugly language and lawlessness is their culture, and we're racists to complain about it.

So as it stands we have several generations of ruined black communities that have been destroyed by Democrat policies. Back in the day black kids didn't act like that because their mama or daddy would whip their ass for them. And in nicer areas where nice people live, black yoots don't act like that. It's largely in the Democrat-run ghettos where you see this sort of thing.
