you are too quick to jump up someone's a$$. Just because someone did something that is different from the way you do things, doesn't make it wrong. It makes you ignorant.
What is ignorant is that you think that it isn't the best unless it is the most expensive.

Of course it is.

so what are you trying to say? Or are you just being a hypocrite and trying to pick a fight?

you know what else I love the conveince of? my daughters highchair/shopping cart cover. The best 60 dollar investment ever!

$60...:faint: I paid $20 for mine from Target and it works just fine. But it is nice. I don't have to worry about him so much gnawing on everything and getting all sticky from crap left in the seat from other people.

I bought one for $15 at Target. 2 kids later and 100 washes, it is not faded and doing just fine. :yay:

I never said that. But you do get what you pay for. You pay for quality, and thats exactly what I do, especially when it comes to my child.

No. I agreed that it is easier to not have your baby with you while shopping. You came in here bragging about your Britax when this thread was about infant carrier/carseats.

How at all was that the same with yours? You did not buy yours for $15 dollars at Target and it has not lasted through 2 kids.

Certain things I'll agree with that on. I bought good carseats and carriers based on safety ratings and my budget. Did I buy the Britax? Nope but I bought one with equal safety ratings for 1/2 of what a Britax cost.
Clothes for him I'll get from Walmart, Target b/c he grows out of them so quickly and messes them up it's just not worth paying good money for.
Formula I was using the Prosobee at $24 a can until I came across the Target brand at $12 a can and tried it and he loves it.
Pampers diapers I love and will pay the money for though.

i stand by pampers as well. Mine did similac with iron. The hospital started her on it, and we just kept it up. Clothes, well I am definitely a target shopper, they have the cutest clothes for kids. I also shop old navy and children's place. An on occasion at baby gap and gymboree. Its definitely better to shop there when they have a sale or you get some "gym bucks" back.

I just see things much differently than you. I can remember you biatching about money not all that long ago but clearly you have no sense of budget.

Pampers worked well for my girl. But boy leaked out of them. I went to Huggies Supreme and Natural for him. They were the only ones that he did not leak through. I have now found so many generic brands that work for my girl. BJ's and Sam's generic brands are great. Plus, I pay the same amount for the huge box that I did for a bag of Pampers at Target or Wal*Mart.

everyone has a financial issue every now and then. Its nothing that can't be resolved. You are right, we do see things differently. But if we were all the same it would be a rather lame world now wouldn't it. I have not once said anything negative about you buying that carrier. It is very cute. I didn't say anything about how much or how little you spend. You do what you can do. And if you are doing your best that is all that matters. :yay:

I didn't like Pampers for the first 7 or so months b/c the swaddle ones left him with a rash on his belly and the regular ones leaked. But every since he has started moving and crawling Pampers works really well. He pees out of everything else.

Didn't you save all of your baby stuff from the 1st 2? I didn't have to buy much for baby 2, and nothing at all for baby 3.

I was another moron that never saved much from the 1st. Except for the crib. With #2 I saved the pack-n-play. Now I am really kicking my self in the arse.

You really came around after touring their site, huh? In all my months of hearing or seeing you say their name it's never been that. They got you now! :killingme

I am thinking that I was looking for a carrier/carseat for an infant. I have a 5-40 pound one for Thing 2. I sure as hell did not pay $150 for it either. It is Eddie Bauer, 1/2 the price and not 1/2 as ugly as the Britax. :yay:

Awww... come on Socki!!!
