Worked in or around the restaurant/catering bizz on and off for the last 17 years. More a ever-evolving passion than a career.

One day I'll trade my slide-rule and T-square in on stock pots and 9-burner Viking stoves :yay:

No, not really, it's just that if it was a night out with more than one friend I would probably remember it as a blast or a bust. I only really took notice of that which was new to me, the big screens and radio box on the table. The people were nice too.
