I'll have what she's having!FUN FACT: Steely Dan took its name from the novel The Naked Lunch, in which a steam powered strap on dildo is called "Steely Dan".

Be careful with steam power... Some shift in the axis of motion can occur.I'll have what she's having!
I would be thrilled if he won the general. I think the republicans would stand a better chance of winning with a moderate. That's the reason Hogan won two terms...he was moderate. Moderate is democrat-speak for republican and republican-speak for RINO. Personally, I would prefer someone like Dan Cox. But that's just me.And yet MD technically has a Republican Governor right now. A two-termer who first beat out the sitting LtG, and then beat the president of the NAACP.
Never say never.

I get that, but on this one I'm going to say never. Dan Cox is going to get crushed in the general. Hogan beat Anthony Brown who was a terrible candidate, and Ben Jealous who was even worse. Hogan also rode a lot of anger over O'Malley's tax increases to a slim win over O'Malley's LT. Gov who botched the health care rollout badly. He touted business climate and fiscal responsibility while constantly straddling the line on any issue that could be considered a conservative vs. liberal issue. Dan Cox not only has to convince dems to crossover for him, something not likely to happen, but he also has to face a dem base that has been out of power for 8 years and will probably be looking at the first African American governor. Wes Moore doesn't have the O'Malley/Brown baggage to deal with.
I certainly agree with never say never, but this just looks too easily like a slam dunk. When the dust settles I doubt that Cox can get more than a little over 30% of the vote in the general. Schultz probably wouldn't have done much better, she just wasn't a very good candidate either. I'm sorry Franchot didn't win. At least he wasn't on the far left side of the spectrum. As it is now, Maryland is headed for a shift to the progressive left that is going to make people dizzy.
Yeah, it was gross. The ads can be found on YouTube, it just showed he was part of the cult. That’s all, the cultist listened, and here we are. It's being reported that Cox received $1.16M from the Dem party for campaign advertising.
