I'm not real impressed with Bush's level of "cowboy diplomacy". Personally, I think he's barely one step above John Lennon as far as warmongering goes.

I've heard that a drone jet flying spotted over 200 taliban at a funeral last month. Some of the highest leaders were there. Our rules of engagement prohibit us from dropping bombs in a cemetery.
