My boy read over my shoulder also. He said "you ain't gotta worry about the towels, mom, but throw some extra clorox on my t-shirts."

My boys aren't to that age yet (I hope) but my aunt who raised 4 boys always told me to watch out for the socks.

I have the same problem with DQ. So when the cereal/chips/crackers/etc. go stale, and she doesn't want them anymore, I say 'tough chit; I ain't buying more till you eat it all'. And I don't. She can eat 3-month-old stale cereal if need be. But if she won't take the time/care to open/close it properly, I won't waste more money on the crap. :shrug:
