She is just upset that while most people have bought a house and made money on it, she is stuck renting. She posts millions of threads about other people that have made poor choices like she has.

Thanks! It is very exciting! I spent the weekend with her and I went thru the house Saturday and then spent about 4 hours in it Sunday while the home inspector was doing his thing. I can't wait for her to get thru closing so that we can begin custom painting and get her moved in...
