He's immune, but I don't think anyone's seen the actual deal he signed. Not a lot of unconditional immunity deals. Could be something here leads to them having him aganst the wall for something he didn't get in his deal. I think, however, that the smoking gun portion of this is the fact that he was directed to perform these actions by Clinton staffers after they had already received the DOJ or State order requiring them to archive everything. And so, if it can be proven who actually gave that order, they might have another path to prove conspiracy.

Using the SAME screen name on a public online forum which is the same as his email screen name AND posting extremely curious questions under that same name. :doh: How stupid.


If I post here as Bann, I don't use this screen name in any other forum I visit, nor do I make up an email address out of my screename. (because I don't want freakazoids to search that screen name across the interwebz)

My "everyday" email address is my RL name, but I don't use it to post on forums, nor do I make a screenname out of it to post. That's just crazee. :lol:
