Grab em by the Puss*-Donald Trump

Mr Trump said on the Howard Stern radio show in 2005 that he was “allowed”, as the owner of the pageant, to go backstage while the contestants were getting dressed.

You know they’re standing there with no clothes. Is everybody OK? And you see these incredible looking women. And so I sort of get away with things like that.”

  • A Trump biographer, Tim O'Brien, tweeted the quote from a 2002 profile of Epstein in New York magazine, in which Trump said: "I've known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."
in a 2003 appearance on the Howard Stern Show, Trump said she's "got the best body," and in a 2006 interview on The View said she had "a very nice figure," adding: "I've said if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her.

But Trump is a rapist cheating scumbag
To be fair, we're not being asked to vote on Kamala's husband. And Trump is definitely 1 of those things, likely not the other (people don't understand the difference between civil and criminal) and the third is a matter of opinion.

He is also the second thing according to the legal system

"a judge in New York, Lewis A Kaplan, said that when Carroll repeated her allegation that Trump raped her, her words were “substantially true”. Kaplan also set out in detail why it may be said that Trump raped Carroll.

“It could not find that he ‘raped’ her if it determined that Mr Trump forcibly penetrated Ms Carroll’s private sexual parts with his fingers – which commonly is considered ‘rape’ in other contexts – because the New York penal law definition of rape is limited to penile penetration.”

Ms Carroll implicitly determined that he forcibly penetrated her digitally – in other words, that Mr Trump in fact did ‘rape’ Ms Carroll as that term commonly is used and understood in contexts outside of the New York penal law.”

legally liable is not the same as criminally guilty. "Substantially true" means that they believe it's more likely than not. This is not the same as "beyond a reasonable doubt", which is why civil trials usually follow criminal ones and not the other way around.

The fact that you don't understand the difference isn't a surprise to anyone on this forum.

Unfortunately for you that is not what is being discussed here. What is being discusses in the NY definition of rape which must include insertion of the penis.

The civil court determined Trump digitally raped her as a matter of fact.

Therefore when Trump tried to sue her for defamation for calling him a rapist it was thrown out due to the fact that he is indeed a rapist according to most widely held legal standards.

And are you really trying to argue that you support Trump since it's only more likely than not that he is a rapist?

Very odd defense you've chosen there.

Anyone who believes Trump raped a woman---any woman-- in a department store try-on booth is a freaking moron and that includes the biased pack of sht. heads that sat on that trial to give a gift to a lying sack of sht.

Donald Jr is that you?

During an Oct. 19 deposition at his Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida, which was made public Wednesday, Trump was shown a photo from an NBC event around 1987.

The image shows him from behind, facing Carroll and her then-husband, television journalist John Johnson, with Trump’s then-wife, the late Ivana Trump standing to his right.

It’s Marla,” said Trump about the photo.

Carroll’s lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, said, “You’re saying Marla is in this photo?”

Trump replied: “That’s Marla, yeah. That’s my wife.”

His lawyer Alina Habba then interjected, “No, that’s Carroll.”

Trump said, “Oh, I see.”

Kaplan then said, “The person you just pointed to was E. Jean Carroll.”

When Habba repeated to Trump, “That’s Carroll,” he replied, “That’s Carroll?”
