legally liable is not the same as criminally guilty. "Substantially true" means that they believe it's more likely than not. Unfortunately for you that is not what is being discussed here. What is being discusses in the NY definition of rape which must include insertion of the penis.
The civil court determined Trump digitally raped her as a matter of fact.
Therefore when Trump tried to sue her for defamation for calling him a rapist it was thrown out due to the fact that he is indeed a rapist according to most widely held legal standards.
And are you really trying to argue that you support Trump since it's only more likely than not that he is a rapist?
