Decent printer for pictures?

:howdy: When I have "bulk" photos to print, I go through an online service too. But every now and then you want/need a photo printed really fast. That's when it's nice to be able to print it at home rather than having to go somewhere and pick them up or have them mailed.

There is that, about the instant gratification, and being able to tweak the settings on demand. If not, an on-line printer may suffice. Or take them to Wal-Mart/CVS, but that can get pricey too.

Good printer for business, but low resolution for pics, and a really long lead time from power up to melt the wax.



yeah we have one @ the park .... marketing uses it for brochures ....



and several Color lasers .... which I have never seen one yet that had good photo quality
