“What you need to understand is that Mr. Goldman, the novice representative from New York, actually does have a personal stake in this case,” Hageman said. “He has stated that he has been involved with the Bragg case, helping to prepare Mr. Cohen for his testimony. So he is firstly aligned with an admitted and convicted liar and perjurer. He’s also paid the judge, Merchan’s daughter’s firm over a hundred and fifty thousand dollars for her services. So, I think we’ve got quite a conflict of interest from Mr. Dan Goldman, the novice representative from New York.”

“I would ask that the statements regarding the conflict of interest related to Mr. Goldman be stricken down,” Plaskett said, accusing Hageman of violating a House of Representatives rule prohibiting personal attacks.

Hageman also called Plaskett “Jeffrey Epstein’s fixer” in the exchange before Republican Rep. Jim Jordan pointed out that Plaskett called Trump “all sorts of names.”

Swing State’s Focus Groups Are Bloodbath for Dems – Every Single Ex-Biden Voter Loves Trump’s Work So Far

The Arizona focus groups, conducted by the Engagious and Sago polling firms, did not contain “a statistically significant sample like a poll,” Axios noted.

However, focus groups can give qualitative as opposed to quantitive feedback — and the information from the Arizona group jibed with what polls have been saying about the new administration.

The 11 voters in the two groups, held Feb. 11, all backed Biden in 2020 but switched their vote to Trump in 2024, Axios reported Friday.

In 2020, Biden won the state by a narrow margin, 49.4 to 49.1 percent, according to the website 270towin. In 2024, Trump scored a robust 52.2 percent to 46.7 percent win over Vice President Kamala Harris.

As for the voters who switched, Axios said, “they’re good with Trump aggressively testing disruptive, expansionist expressions of presidential power that are piling up in court challenges.”

“He’s trying to get America back on track as quickly as possible, given the state that it was left in from the previous administration,” one voter said.

“So, the only way to do that is to do as much as you can as quickly as you can, because government budgets and doing government action take forever.”

Enjoy Watching The Misery Of Temper Tantrum Democrats

Ok, they don’t “have to,” they choose to. They choose to because the alternative would be to work with Republicans and the Trump administration in the best interest of the American people, and they don’t give a damn about the best interest of the American people.

Democrats don’t have the good sense to see an opportunity when it’s screaming on their front porch. They have adopted a strategy of “If Trump is for it, we’re against it,” no matter how stupid that position makes them look.

That put them on the side of bureaucrats and fraud. They hold rallies, give speeches and sing unbelievably stupid songs because that’s all they have.

Were they smart, they’d simply help root out some waste – there is zero doubt there is plenty – and brag about some of the work Elon Musk and DOGE are doing like they helped do it.

They simply can’t bring themselves to because Trump supports it; Trump started it.

It’s a sad testament to how the establishment in DC is that no one in either party did anything beyond pay lip service to the billions (probably trillions by now) being wasted and stolen for decades from all of us, but they’re doing something about it now and Democrats simply cannot allow themselves to be anything other than an obstacle.

The party of JFK and Bill Clinton is now the party of AOC, Jamie Raskin, Jasmine Crockett and MSNBC. A party where a fraud and conspiracy theorist like Rachel Maddow is seen as a moral authority over anything has no moral authority on anything.

How can Nancy Pelosi get rich while “being a public servant for the poor” is laughable, but raises no eyebrows. How? Because they’re all in on it.

How billions can go missing or be wasted on grants that serve literally no purpose whatsoever beyond keeping the left-wing professors who dreamed them up in business and one even raise a question about it tells you just how revolutionary what Trump and Musk are doing truly is. That they are entirely of the Democratic Party’s instinct to the concept of attempting to rein in even some of it is to throw a temper tantrum is a better ad for Republicans than their entire brain trust on the right could ever cook up. The only thing they get angrier over is a woman actually giving birth.

They are miserable people and deserve to be.

Every Show Cancelled at the Kennedy Center in Protest of Trump

In a clear display of political bias, celebrities recently canceled multiple performances at the Kennedy Center in protest of President Donald Trump. Once celebrated for its commitment to artistic expression, this arts institution has allowed partisan politics to shape its programming decisions. Trump’s shakeup, in which he ousted 18 members of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts board and replaced them with a Trump-aligned majority, has made left-wing crybabies spiral into a black hole and flee the Washington, D.C. institution.

The recent changes have had immediate repercussions, with several prominent artists canceling their performances and key board members resigning in protest. Alongside celebrities criticizing Trump’s actions, a crowd of D.C. residents gathered outside the Kennedy Center on Thursday to voice their opposition to the alterations and condemn Trump’s influence on the institution.

The Only “Constitutional Crisis” is That Democrats Lost, Now They’re Trying To Govern from the Courtroom

Here is my ‘hot take’ on how the lawfare, not the Trump administration, is creating the real ‘constitutional crisis’. This is a short excerpt from my much longer (almost 20 minute) explanation as part of the podcast we just posted.

The Democrats’ strategy throughout the country now, but mostly in blue States, is to get the federal judiciary to usurp the executive powers of the executive branch and that’s what this is all about. It’s a very dangerous ploy. These judges should not be entertaining it but in multiple cases they have, and they’ve issued temporary restraining orders on a whole host of issues that really amount to political policy issues.

This is the problem. If the federal judges really want to run the executive branch then the executive branch should be in their courtrooms two to three times a day asking the judges to make decisions and the judges are going to regret that.

The Democrats love to scream about a constitutional crisis. There is no constitutional crisis other than the Democrats lost. They are trying to create a constitutional crisis by having the judiciary and the federal district courts assume control of the executive branch.

So that’s where we’re heading. it’s going to come to a head. I hope this one or more of these cases get to the Supreme Court very soon because we as a country need to know moving forward, with a new president who won not only the electoral college but the popular vote, whether he’s going to be able to run the executive branch or whether it’s going to be run by federal judges. We need to know that right now.

What needs to happen is you need to get these things out of the hands of the district courts and into the hands of the Courts of appeal, and in the hands hopefully of the Supreme Court. It’s only going to take the Supreme Court once or twice slapping down these judges with these crazy rulings for the message to get out. But it really needs to get out sooner rather than later, otherwise we’re going to be paralyzed, which is what the Democrats want. We will have a paralyzed executive branch where federal district courts are being asked to make policy judgments.

Democrats can throw a wrench into the gears a little bit with the federal courts, but at the end of the day a popular president controlling Congress and controlling the massive Federal bureaucracy is going to be able to get most of this stuff done, it just may not be in the first month, it may take longer.

Trump Seeks Emergency SCOTUS Stay Of District Court TRO Preventing Termination of Senior Employee

District Court prevented termination of Hampton Dellinger as head of the Office of Special Counsel. Emergency Application: “The United States now seeks this Court’s intervention because these judicial rulings irreparably harm the Presidency by curtailing the President’s ability to manage the Executive Branch in the earliest days of his Administration….”

From the Emergency Application:

This case involves an unprecedented assault on the separation of powers that warrants immediate relief. As this Court observed just last Term, “Congress cannot act on, and courts cannot examine, the President’s actions on subjects within his ‘conclusive and preclusive’ constitutional authority”—including “the President’s ‘unrestricted power of removal’ with respect to ‘executive officers of the United States whom [the President] has appointed.’” Trump v. United States, 603 U.S. 593, 609 (2024) (citation omitted). As to such principal officers—“the most important of his subordinates”—“[t]he President’s ‘management of the Executive Branch’ requires him to have ‘unrestricted power to remove’ them ‘in their most important duties.’” Id. at 621 (citation omitted). Enjoining the President and preventing him from exercising these powers thus inflicts the gravest of injuries on the Executive Branch and the separation of powers….
Until now, as far as we are aware, no court in American history has wielded an injunction to force the President to retain an agency head whom the President believes should not be entrusted with executive power and to prevent the President from relying on his preferred replacement. Yet the district court remarkably found no irreparable harm to the President if he is judicially barred from exercising exclusive and preclusive powers of the Presidency for at least 16 days, and perhaps for a month….
The United States now seeks this Court’s intervention because these judicial rulings irreparably harm the Presidency by curtailing the President’s ability to manage the Executive Branch in the earliest days of his Administration…
The district court’s order exemplifies a broader, weeks-long trend in which plaintiffs challenging President Trump’s initiatives have persuaded district courts to issue TROs that intrude upon a host of the President’s Article II powers. A district court in New York issued an ex parte TRO requiring that access to certain Treasury Department data be limited to “civil servants” and be denied to “political appointees.” New York v. Trump, No. 25-cv-1144, 2025 WL 435411, at *1 (S.D.N.Y. Feb. 8, 2025). A district court in the District of Columbia issued a worldwide TRO that prohibited the government from “suspending, pausing, or otherwise preventing the obligation or disbursement” of any “federal foreign assistance award that was in existence as of January 19, 2025.” AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition v. United States Department of State, No. 25-cv-402, 2025 WL 485324, at *7 (D.D.C. 2025). Many other district courts have issued universal TROs that sweep far beyond the parties to those cases and effectively enjoin the President’s Executive Orders even before agencies have decided how to implement them.1
The United States thus respectfully requests that this Court vacate the district court’s order and end the practice whereby courts seize Article II powers for two weeks, yet disclaim the availability of any appellate review in the meantime. This Court should not allow the judiciary to govern by temporary restraining order and supplant the political accountability the Constitution ordains….
This Court should vacate the district court’s February 12, 2025 order granting respondent’s motion for a temporary restraining order. In addition, the Acting Solic-itor General respectfully requests an immediate administrative stay of the district court’s order pending the Court’s consideration of this application.

Left-Wing Vultures Land in D.C. to Protest DOGE Saving Us From Bankruptcy

It's adorable that the Left thinks the majority of Americans give a crap about the prolonged temper tantrum they've been having since President Donald Trump won the election last November.

They and their party were soundly rejected by voters after four years of feckless, lazy, and downright malicious governance under the Biden-Harris administration.

But they can't accept the outcome of the election (remember when they said refusing to accept the results of an election was denial?), so they're proving to their fellow Americans they don't have real jobs as they protest in D.C. on a Monday afternoon.
