Rural Pa was fine but after 5 years property tax drove me out. In SW Va I have more house and despite a 2016 and 2022 vehicles I still pay about half. (classic cars pay no PP tax) My house is worth considerably more with 7 acres and I pay less than 1/3 of what I was paying in property tax in Pa. If feasible I'd go to Tennessee.

That's about 20 miles south of Knoxville. I'm 1 mile from the line.......... 20 from Kingsport really off the beaten path. 45 minute ride.

We were looking in that area, as I see there are VA medical facilities. My Mrs. has a 70% rating and gets her care from them.
