Just going to mention his methodology is a bit messed up. As the new votes come in the total estimated vote count also changes, which affects the percentage as well. So while the second count had 0.7% higher percentage it might represent a larger number of votes than the percentage from the original.
Or to say it another way if he did the same math using the second graphic instead of the first he would find the difference to be smaller.
And most importantly, those estimates during and immediately after the race likely have a several percent margin for error until things are "settled" weeks later.
Not saying it didn't happen, just saying this video doesn't show that it happened.
