Maxine Waters want to 'nationalize' the oil industry. News flash. The Socialists want to 'nationalize' ALL domestic production. Maxine was at least honest enough to call it 'socializing' the industry.
She stuttered so badly and had such a difficult time spitting out her concept she looked foolish. And these are the folks who think government is the answer to everything.
The Oil executives placed the blame exactly where it belonged, on Congress. It was funny that the head of Shell told Waters in response to her statement on socializing the industry, "we've seen this before, with Chavez". Chavez must be Maxine's hero.

I love how the two peope sitting next to her where trying to hold back their laughter and smirks. Don't know if they thought what she said was funny or the fact she totally slipped up and let the word socialization almost slip out.
