I remember the bike shop, next to 7-11. Blue Wind had better quality pan seared tuna when Robert Plant was in charge. Then he sold it and opened Elements had the best pan seared tuna. Then he retired, and great pan seared tuna vanished from the county.
He guest chefs on occasion.

I remember it as California Post Office. Then a surf type store. Bought daughter's ski stuff there. Snow ski's, parka for her Senior Class trip. They were the first local place for Oakley sunglasses. Wow. Blast from the past.
You sure about that?...Steve and Jodie's ski shop was right near there back then. I still have a pair that they fitted me with back in the 90s...1998 maybe?

He also had a great crabcake. I used to buy the prepared meat from him by the pound and form my own cakes as needed.
