Oh my gosh. The drive home was CRAZY.

It was thundering and lightning a bit for both of my rides, but not bad. Peanut was so TIRED though. After two weeks off because of weather and scheduling he just was not Mr. Energy. We didn't even canter the whole course. He even trotted over one of the fences. I mean like it was cavaletti trot over not like trot to it and then jump. 2'6" Cavaletti. I have video I'll show you later The second round was better, but I said "####" in front of the judge.

I waited for a friend of mine to finish her rounds and then I headed back to the trailer. It started raining, but all of my stuff was packed up. I think Sadie helped, but I wasn't over there so I'm not sure, thanks!!! It started pouring just after I loaded up and we started heading out. I got on route 4 and put the wipers on full blast. After crossing the bridge at Wayson's though it was literally BUCKETS. Visiblity was about 10' and those of us still moving slowed down to 30mph and turned on hazards so others could see us. So many people were stopped on the side of the road. I mean literally 20-30 cars were just sitting there.

There were 22 rides in the low hunters, but many didn't show up, they were going to hold the hack for 45 minutes, but ended up saying clear the area until the storm passed.

I even had a suspected Winn Dixie sighting! Do I get $100 dollars? I even saw one of the "followers", I think that should be worth extra!

We won our showmanship class, and should be year end hi point ( or however its worded here) Placed 2nd out of 6 in a w/j command class, won another w/t class, I believe out of 3, last in trail, and a 3rd out of 3 in another class. The judge was great, made me show one handed, which was not my goal for this show, but for the next MW show, and the pix that a friend took showed me that she is doing good, neck nicely flexed into position. I was thinking that I was placing well out of sympathy, but the pix showed otherwise. I guess we did well over all. And you? Vicky

i trotted 2'6" and 2'9" in the puddle jumpers saturday with sparkplug the 13.1 hand pony...heeeeeeeeeeheeeeeeeeeeeeee oops. BOINGGG
