Canned spinach.So it sounds like cooking spinach first would be a good way to go if you want to add it to a smoothie. I could eat a quart of cooked spinach and still want more, but raw spinach doesn't add anything except color to a salad, IMO. I dearly love any cooked green as long as they're seasoned.
